Fukrey Returns (2017) is a Bollywood comedy and the sequel to the hit film Fukrey (2013). Directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, the movie brings back the beloved quartet—Hunny (Pulkit Samrat), Choocha (Varun Sharma), Lali (Manjot Singh), and Zafar (Ali Fazal)—along with the notorious Bholi Punjaban (Richa Chadha), who is out for revenge.
The story picks up a year after the events of the first film. Choocha, now claiming to have a new ability called “Deja Chu,” starts having premonitions, which the gang tries to exploit for financial gain. However, their antics land them in trouble again when Bholi Punjaban is released from jail and forces them into a bigger scam to repay their debts. Their chaotic journey takes them through unexpected twists, involving corrupt politicians, thrilling chases, and hilarious misadventures.
